The Meaning Behind Each Edition
Very few of the photographs I create become limited editions.
When I decide to release one, it is produced in a carefully chosen edition size, together with one Artist's Proof that remains in my personal collection.
Once an edition is complete, it is permanently closed and will never be reproduced.
Why Does Each Edition Size Vary?
Every limited edition marks a meaningful milestone in my family's journey and my own journey as an artist. Rather than following a fixed edition size, each collection is released in a number that holds personal significance.
These editions are more than a measure of rarity. They become a record of moments, memories, and the experiences that have shaped both my family and my work. Each collection carries its own story, making every edition unique, both in the photograph it contains and in the meaning behind the number.

For more than two decades I've worked in the wild places of Southern and East Africa, creating black and white wildlife photographs shaped by patience, observation and a deep respect for the natural world.
