Our Quality and Safe Delivery Guarantee for fine art prints

Quality Guarantee

We use only archival, museum-grade materials and partner with master printmakers to ensure the highest quality. Every print is inspected before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at peterdelaneyphotography@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a full replacement at no cost, including shipping.

Custom-Made Nature

Due to the custom-made nature of fine art prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of changing your mind. Each print is made specifically for your order.

Production timelines, shipping, and copyright information

Production Timelines

  • 📦 Loose Prints: 5–7 business days
  • 🎨 Canvas & Acrylic Prints: 10–12 business days
  • 🏛️ Monumental Acrylic Prints: Approximately 30 days. Made to order using specialised multi-stage process.

Shipping & Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. All prints are shipped fully insured via trusted courier services.

Copyright Information

Peter Delaney retains all copyright and reproduction rights. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical artwork, not the copyright. Prints may not be reproduced commercially.
