Where Elegance Meets the Untamed – Wildlife Photography that Speaks to the Soul
Totti | The Fallen King
Winner of Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2017
CIVIL WAR IN THE CANOPY.
His name was Totti. Named after an Italian footballer.
High ranking. Powerful. Then they turned on him.
Kicked out of the tribe, he lay in the Kibale forest — not defeated, but watching. Listening. Above him, a female called from the canopy. Behind him, a civil war was brewing.
Researchers say the group is splintering. It happens once every 500 years in chimpanzee society—Brother against brother.
I captured him in a moment of quiet calculation. Resting pose. Open eyes. A fallen king waiting for his moment.
In 2017, this image won Wildlife Photographer of the Year.
They call it the best chimpanzee portrait ever made.
I call it the calm before the storm.
Camelopard | Giraffe | Closer Look
A Quiet Majesty — Maasai Giraffe in Focus
Giraffes – Elegance in Monochrome
With their towering forms and calm composure, giraffes bring a sense of elegance and rhythm to the African landscape. Our black and white giraffe prints focus on line, contrast, and form, transforming these animals into sculptural works of art.
The absence of colour allows their patterns, posture, and expressions to take centre stage, creating refined wildlife artwork that suits both modern and classic interiors.
Fever Tree Leopard | Limited Edition
A leopard emerges from the fever tree forest, her form softened by dappled light and shadow.
Leopard – Elusive and Eternal
In this quiet moment, strength meets stillness, instinct balanced by awareness.
Fever Tree Leopard is a limited-edition black-and-white wildlife print that captures the elusive nature of one of Africa's most iconic predators, revealed rather than pursued.
Photographed in Lake Nakuru's fever tree forest, the image draws the viewer into a layered world of texture, contrast, and atmosphere. The monochrome treatment removes distraction, allowing the eye to rest on the leopard's gaze, the curve of her body, and the rhythm of branches that frame her presence.
It is a study in patience, camouflage, and quiet authority.
Limited edition of 11 hand-signed prints worldwide.
Printed on archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag — 100% cotton, museum-grade matte fine art paper.
Each limited edition print includes a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity and a Collector's Story, signed by Peter Delaney.
Ruka & Rafiki | Cheetah Brothers
Two brothers. One termite mound. A pact forged in kinship.
Cheetah – Speed and Brotherhood
In Mara North Conservancy, Kenya, two cheetah brothers — Ruka and Rafiki — rest atop a dark termite mound amid a flowing carpet of pale grass.
Rafiki stands alert, scanning the plains ahead. Ruka lies beneath him, glancing to the side. One watches forward. The other guards the rear. Constant vigilance. Shared survival.
I waited. Eventually, one brother stood. I positioned myself low, letting the dramatic empty sky dominate the frame. The long grasses flowed around the mound like a sea. Nothing to distract the viewer.
Only black and white could tell this story.
At the time, only around sixty cheetah remained in this area. Months later, both brothers crossed into Tanzania. Only Ruka returned.
To photograph them is to immortalise not just hunters, but heirs to a fragile legacy.
Camel Sparrows | Ostrich Fine Art Print
Nine heads, nine directions.
Ostrich – Watchful and Wild
Nine ostriches stand tall in waist-high grass, heads turned in different directions — alert, curious, watchful. Above, faint storm clouds linger without threat, their soft drama held in check so the birds remain the story.
The grass flows like a gentle sea, giving the image texture and rhythm without overwhelming the subjects.
Captured in the Northern Cape at Mokala Game Reserve — a quiet corner of South Africa known for its shy rhino, antelope, and unexpected moments of strange beauty.
Nine ostriches, each facing its own horizon, gathered in grass that rose to their chests beneath leftover storm clouds.
This black and white fine art print brings the quiet watchfulness of the Karoo into your home — a moment of wild stillness, neither dramatic nor tame.
"For those who find beauty in the watchful and wild."
Buffalo | Widowmakers
Widowmakers’ Chorus – The Deadly Unity of the Herd
Buffalo – Unity and Survival
In the quiet embrace of late afternoon light, this high-key black-and-white portrait captures a subtle but powerful moment among a group of African buffalo in the Mara Conservancy.
Cloaked in a sea of long grass, four buffalo stand closely, three forming a small cluster. One buffalo, barely visible behind the group, peeks out with a single eye — adding a touch of curiosity to the scene.
The dominant character, sharply in focus, commands attention with an imposing set of horns that fan out majestically. Strength. Authority. A quiet resolve.
Its intense gaze, fixed on something unseen, conveys both the power and the vulnerability these creatures embody in the wild. Framed against faint, unobtrusive hills that add subtle depth without distraction, the buffalo's dark forms stand out against the soft light — their powerful silhouettes emerging with quiet intensity.
Buffalo | Widowmaker
For the collector who understands that the most dangerous things in the wild make no noise
Why "Widowmakers"?
They call them Widowmakers. Not without reason.
The African buffalo is responsible for more deaths on the continent than any other large animal. Lions think twice. Hunters speak their names in low tones. A wounded buffalo does not run. It circles back. It waits. It remembers.
In Widowmakers, the high-key approach elevates the dark, almost foreboding presence of the buffalo — highlighting their resilience and the complex bond they share with this challenging landscape.
This is an intimate look at an animal whose life is defined by the delicate balance between loyalty, survival, and the deadly unity of the herd.
