Sometimes the photographic muses shine on you, en route back to camp after 10 hours of photographing wildlife, I found a lone bull elephant on the edge of Africa’s largest salt pan. This time of year, the atmosphere is full of dust and sand whipped up by the seasonal winds. I stop and wait, hoping the elephant doesn't walk off waiting for the setting sun to turn a hue of Velvia. At last, the sun is low enough on the horizon, completing a beautiful composition. I do not create many Colour Wildlife Prints, as I love my Black and White Photographs
